Special edition box set of The River

On the 5th of December a special edition box set of the THE RIVER of Mr. Bruce Springsteen will be released.
The remastered CD’s of the original album are included. Three cd’s with several outtakes and different versions of songs, and two DVD’s with a concert in TAMPA, USA with excellent image quality and sound.

The RIVER LP marks the breakthrough of Springsteen in the music business, and he had his first Top 10 singles with Hungry Heart and The River.But the real gems are Independence Day, Drive All Night, Point Blank, The Ties That Bind and Stolen Car.

His emotional singing, the garage sound, and the sax of C. Clemons are the highlights of this album. And the lyrics, which deal with growing up, say goodbye to all kinds of situations, facing the real world, search for real love.
