R.I.P Glenn Frey…Another music hero has gone….

The music of the Eagles has been a constant joy in my life.From the first time I heard Witchie Woman I was turned on to their music. A mix of Country and Rock with nice harmonies and great melodies. Also their attitude and dress code ( blue jeans and T-shirts ) fitted well with mine at the time.

Glenn Frey was one of the main songwriters in the band and sang great tunes such as Lyin’Eyes, Tequila Sunrise, How Long, Get over it, Peaceful Easy Feeling.We will remember on our next Rootz Café West Coast Event on 29th of January’16 at Kim’s Kroeg.
